Disabled Facilities

All patient facilities are located on the ground floor, with wide door access and toilet facilities for patients with wheelchairs. Our surgery has automated entrance doors and low level reception desks and we have dedicated disabled parking bays. There are wheelchairs available for any patient who has difficulty in walking and  close to the main entrance. A portable induction loop is available to enable hearing aid wearers to hear speech clearly with little or no background noise. We try to ensure fair and suitable access to our services whatever a person’s disability.

If you have a specific disability that our current facilities are unable to meet, please let our Duty Manager know so that we can try to overcome this.
