Prescription Requests

Request at Reception or by Post

Repeat prescriptions can be requested using forms available in reception and then dropping the form into the post box in the reception area, or simply by posting the slip that comes with your prescription giving your medication details, requests can also be sent via Royal Mail.

Via Pharmacy

Repeat prescriptions no longer need to be requested from the surgery using the telephone but can be requested directly from the pharmacist. The pharmacists in Bridgwater are working with the surgery to reduce the number of steps a patient takes to get their medication.

Just phone the pharmacist of your choice, request the repeat medication from them and allow 3 days before you collect your medication from that pharmacy. For the pharmacies involved in this service development please use the following telephone numbers:
